We buy branded consumer goods at wholesale from manufacturers and authorized distributors, take title to the inventory, receive it into a US warehouse, and sell it to consumers in the United States.
We do not ask for payment terms. Opening orders are paid in full by ACH or Fed Wire before the goods ship.

What we buy
We are not a liquidator and we do not deal in closeouts, returns or parallel imports. We buy current, in-production, first-quality goods in case quantities, and we reorder the lines that move.

How we operate
Every order is a purchase. We pay for goods up front by ACH or wire, take ownership, and have them shipped to our receiving facility in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, operated on our behalf by our third-party logistics provider.
From there the inventory is inspected, prepared and forwarded to the fulfillment centers that ship our orders to consumers, where it is sold to consumers in the United States. We do not drop-ship, we do not broker, and we do not resell to other wholesalers.
Opening an account
If our channel does not fit your distribution policy, tell us plainly and we will not pursue it. We would rather hear no than become a problem for your brand.
