Get It Now USA LLC buys for resale. The biggest risk a brand takes with an online reseller is losing control of its price and its presentation. These are the commitments we make in writing to every supplier, before the first purchase order.
Our commitments
PRICING. We honor your MAP policy without exception. Where no MAP is published, we will not advertise below the floor you state.
CHANNEL. We sell to consumers only. We do not resell to other wholesalers, resellers or exporters, and we do not ship outside the United States.
AUTHORIZATION. We list nothing of yours without your written authorization, and we sell only goods bought from you or from a distributor you name.
LISTING CONDUCT. We do not create unauthorized detail pages, alter your content, or use your images or marks beyond what you approve.
BRAND PROTECTION. We report unauthorized sellers and suspected counterfeits we find on your items, at no cost to you.
EXIT. If you ask us to stop selling an item, we stop within 48 hours and confirm in writing. No negotiation, no conditions.
WHERE WE SELL. Our sales are online, direct to consumers in the United States, principally through our own account on Amazon.com under our own seller name, with inventory we own and hold. We state this here because a brand should know where its goods will appear before it ships them, not afterwards.
